When i search for 'newest videos' and click on the 'home made' option.
Damn it won’t return to its old self unless anyone can upload homemade again.
The New York Times hatchet job article on them did a number on that site and it's never been the same since.
Yes and to be fair, Pornhub wasn't 100% innocent in it, given that when complaints were made about some videos on their site (either the victim was underage or didn't give consent) they weren't always followed up on.
But the writer of the article got most of his info from anti-porn groups that made it seem like Pornhub was choosing to allow child predators etc. to have free reign on the site and exploiting sex workers who used it for income.
End result, millions of videos got deleted and many sex workers got screwed and not in the good way.
There needs to be sites like Pornhub, old Twitter and for even things like we've lost on here like the accidental locker room page that need to be set up out of the US. Where these boogyman hatchet jobs and legalities can't effect them but we can still access them. This new age puritanism has killed so many great sites and pages now.
You know what else we need is more sites for camming not just chaturbate or cam 4 or shit where you gotta register. Just pick a guest name allow cam access and boom web camming there arent too many sites like that! Dirty roulette was ok but I got banned and I have no idea what I did and subsequently got banned from all the sites they own. Bear and chub roulette are pretty dead and menchats can be hit n miss mostly miss!
I will say this.
I don't view it as puritan to say people who didn't consent to have nude photos or videos of them taken like locker room videos have been able to take them down and that sites have cracked down on them.
If nothing else, that's one of the big issues that got Pornhub and a couple of other sites into trouble in the first place.

Completely agree. Cam4 is just about buying tokens and dirty roulette is ok but unstable
Didn't PH take over Xtube? I had a membership,then quit. I saw before they quit lots of complaints about it. Seems everyone lost their vids. This was a free site,oh well!
No X tube closed because of porn related politics basically. Same reasoning Porn Hub had that massive purge of amateur non verified videos.

As I said before, Mindgeek isn't 100% blameless but the article written in the NY Times was based largely on info from anti-porn, anti-LGBT groups and should not have been trusted.
But it was since the writer had his own ax to grind so end result, end of many tube sites, with sex workers and the people the bigots claim they want to help worse for it.
Unfortunately, PH seems to be crossing the line again with some of its postings showing exactly the sort of content that got it in trouble in the first place. Personally I'm more unhappy about what happened to Xtube
