I agree. I used to love the locker room videos made in Army locker rooms and wrestling weigh-ins, and as they were made in the late 80s/early 90s there was no danger of anybody being recognised in 2021. I notice a lot of smaller studios are "going in" with larger ones now - it reminds you of all the small bus companies being bought out and taken up by Stagecoach, GoAhead and Arriva - it defeats the purpose of choice. One of my favourite independents Club Amateur USA (massage videos) has been taken over. Several others seem to have disappeared altogether.
After a hard day or night behind the wheel I used to enjoy getting out the lube and my laptop to watch a massage prior to my shower and bed. As I admire the male body, I like to see ordinary men, hard or flaccid in these sorts of videos. What I get bored with are the glossily produced stuff which seems to have come off a conveyor belt - you know the sort of stuff: two heavily made up men, one at least protesting he is not gay sitting on a sofa, and within two minutes the "straight" man is sucking off his companion like a dog wolfing down hot chips. Then after oral it is anal, complete with the standard script "Fuck, yeah, oh my God, fuck yeah!" repeated a dozen times. Doggy or missionary, then the daft looking "reverse cowboy", with the inevitable "fuck that arse!". Of course, prior to that, the "straight" man will have been rimming like a pro. They must have been up all night at Broke Straight Boys learning their lines. But now that BSB seem to be made by a studio that makes several other "brands" it is always the same. What I especially don't like about BSB is the phony dialogue where the men are "negotiating" the fee they want to do the various acts.
There are worse, of course, "First Castings" where some dirty old "agent" persuades an apparently naive lad to suck him off, and then for the agent to fuck him. Thought the "agent" talks of his "clients" no jobs ever seem to be forthcoming. indeed employment is dropped after the first minute. Some of these "straight" lads sound like Alan Carr, and I find it hard to believe they are really ex military or married with three kifds.
Two other turn-offs for me are the long, boring "interviews", wher 19 year olds are being asked to hold forth on affairs of state, and, even worse, across the studios, frankly, the close ups of hairy arse-cracks and a tongue going up it.
The studios make great play of how the men are "aggresively" tested for HIV, but I wonder if the participants - gay or "straight" have medical examinations prior to filming for other STDs and general health? - rimming carries a great risk of Hepatitis, and some of those men make frequent visits to the studios (under different names).
I find European porn far too ""arty" (that includes British, pre and post Brexit) - also given that we are shown such bright close ups, I have to admit I don't like seeing damp oily foreskins on the screen, so I stick to American. The only British studio I like is Blake Mason (thanks to their using men of all backgrounds and countries, you do get the occasional foreskin-free model). "Hung Young Brit" could put you off sex altogether with their seedy looking set ups and quite disgusting procedures (freezing somebodies spunk and then inserting it into the backside of a third party for example, or one lad being passed around, while the main instigator smells their socks. If my sex life was like HYB, I would opt for "conversion therapy"
I hope, genuinely, I have not upset uncut men who enjoy rimming - if you do, no offence and good luck to you - I am just trying to be honest - I am an ordinary bloke in my late 30s, who, due to the pandemic and shiftwork hasn't had much action for well over a year, so PornHub's "clean up" or whatever excuse they want to give, couldn't have come at a worse time for an old voyeur like me.
