I was browsing the latest vids on pornotube and ran across this one:

This kid is jerking off on his webcam, showing off is newly discovered abilities. Question is, is this considered child porn? I mean i know he is doing it on his own, but he cant be more than 13 or 14 by the looks of it. The Internet kiddie porn patrol will be after pornotube if they allow this type of stuff.

If the kid is 13/14, than it's definitely child porn in my opinion (but I don't know, he could be much older... don't know about 18+ however). If that's the case though, distributing it on a message board like you have probably isn't a good idea.

i found this while browsing through the latest videos the other day. was not looking for kiddie porn asshole. it does not show a face, just torso and down, so there is some debate as to age. but to me, looks too young.

If that person was under age then posting those links would make you a distributor of child porn. I'd serious advise you against doing it. I would imagine that most people here, myself included, would feel thoroughly sickened if this site was being used to direct people to child porn.

Please don't do it again, whatever your intentions were. If there is ever a reason to be banned from here, posting links to child porn is it.

if you are sure the person in the video is in fact a minor, you should be able to report it as child porn, the website can take that video down, but also, you need to be sure that it is a minor, there are some 18 year olds that do look younger than what they are, and some that look older.

Exactly... and as probably the only poster here who even seen the link, I have to say, I've seen guys on here who looked just as young as this one (if not younger) - he was very in shape too, so that doesn't help either. I really don't think radical deserves to be painted as a gigantic sick perv for this, just a regular size one for posting at a penis board :biggrin1:

I would certainly agree that passing the link and the video around, and PornoTube hosting it for all to see, is not good if the boy actually is underage.

Hell, it's not good even if he is above age, but still looks underage, because people who are looking for that kind of thing will still get off to it regardless of the actual numbers on his birth certificate.

But perhaps the OP's question was more about the actual filming of the video? If the boy was alone in his room playing with his webcam and showing off for the world, then he wasn't doing anything wrong, was he? He may be underage but no-one is forcing him to do this or making him do anything with anyone else. It's all entirely his own idea.

So the boy isn't doing anything wrong. People watching him might be depending on circumstances, but he isn't. Maybe he only intended for this to be shown to friends his own age. But how does he know the person he's actually camming with is really who they say they are?

Much of what u say goes along with my thought process.
first of all, since the only thing seen on cam was the torso on down, it may be hard to "confirm" that he is a minor. I have never ever seen anything remotely resembling child porn before, and so when i came across this i was a little taken aback. To me, there is no doubt that what i saw was the body of a pubescent boy. So right there in my mind he is a minor, and in the sense of the law and morality, the video is inappropriate. If he was directed by or in any other way influenced by an adult to do this, or it was uploaded by an adult, then that makes it sinister and in my mind child porn. If, however this was just a horny kid acting on impulse, then the fact that he did that is mildly amusing- boys will be boys, but it is still no good because now pedos are acessing it and getting their rocks off. (when i ran across it it had over 5000 views). I have had several members of this board who found it and watched it, pm me and say they thought there was nothing wrong with it or it looked like he could have been 18 (hmmmm). Sorry, but that kid looked like me when i was like 13. Yes, 18 year olds can be slim with minimal body hair, but by that age testosterone will produce a more muscular body. Anyway i am tired of discussing it, being accused of inciting pedophiles and attempting to turn this site into a child porn ring. And i did report it as being suspect in my view, so its up to the moderator there.

Edit: btw, its still there, so evidently i am in the minority in thinking this kid is a minor. Mindseye must agree, as he is the one who removed the link from this thread.

I'm not sure most of us could accurately assess the age of a subject by looking at simply a torso. I've not seen the video in question, but I was a skinny & rather hair-less young man and certainly might have been mistaken for younger than I was in my late teens/early 20's, for sure. Also, don't forget the influences of sites such as THIS one, where we talk about the advantages of shaving/trimming pubes. This fellow might fall under that category.
