Whenever I try to watch an Xtube video it never loads up and plays. Do you have to pay now??

There are some clips that are labeled "Amateur", and they always tell you in the blurb that you have to pay to view them, but most of the videos are completely free.
I think it can depend on the server that connects you with the site or the time of day when traffic is high when you have trouble viewing the clips... they often do upgrades in the morning and then you can't get the videos to play. It also usually works best if you are logged in with a user name and password (free), probably just to avoid that minors gain access to the content.
