For length I use LeLuv. Just buy a smaller cylinder for length. They are on ebay. Good prices and I like the cylinders. I am moving to full package pumping though,

For girth, you need to just buy a tube that is the same length you now use, but a larger in width. For example if you are using a 2" move up to a 2 1/2 " .
