I’m new to pumping and, after browsing this thread, have a stupid newbie question I’m hoping you guys can answer for me. What is the liquid in your chambers? Is that lube, cum/precum, condensation or something else? I use mine dry and the chamber tends to fog up, and now I’m wondering if I’m using it wrong or something.

I use lotion on my dick and some warm water in the tube. Just a little water. Then you can swirl it and it will take care of that fog and you get better suction at the base.

Is 15 Hg still a safe vacuum pressure?

Nope. You don't want blisters or Petechiae. Petechiae are tiny red spots on your dick from burst capillaries that may be permanent. You only get one dick per lifetime. Take care of it. Start at a low pressure (<5 Hg) and over time, go slowly up to about 10 Hg MAX. I know that it's tempting to pig out and increase the pressure, but low and slow is the way to go.
