Is the goal to get those freaky looking penises ? It looks so weird but maybe that is what you are looking for? Some looks really great but some goes over the edge and looks like a whale or blubby thing hehe.

I have to ask,

if you pump moderately, you get a nice temporary gain in size. after a certain point, the skin starts to swell along with the "Meat", creating that weird look. YOu can usually massage away this swelling after pumping. but when the skin swells and packs the tube, you get more pressure directly applied to the "meat" inside, providing better temporary gains (and long term gains if done consistently, but it's very slow going).
