Have and would. I assume all my sexual partners are poz and protect myself accordingly (other than complete abstinence). The number of poz people who don't know their status should really be a national crisis. People lie about their status. People in relationships are sometimes unfaithful. This all leads me to believe that most people have already had sex/relationships with someone who's poz and just didn't know it.

I think you need to disclose any SDT (not just HIV) certainly before sex, but also before substantial emotional commitment. I am HIV negative, but would be willing to date a poz guy. If you like and eventially love someone, you accept their baggage, medical and otherwise. Disclosure and safety are part of a loving relationship. I also can't stress enough continuing safe sex practices even if both partners are positive.
