    Ive heard you can get a vitamin supplement to increase the amount of pre-cum I remember it being called L-arginine? or something of that nature?

    Can anyone specify exactly what it is? and what how many mgs i should start off with? and also how soon will i see results.

    l-arginine....I'd do 1000mg a day to start with.....just to get a feel of the waters. I take 3000mg a day, not only for the cock/cum enhancement, but for the exercise benefit.

    Also try Zinc, l-lysine, lycopine, vit-E, D

    You should start to see the effects with in a day or so. Make sure you take this stuff on a full belly, or you will get sick as a dog (Zinc esp)

    You'll notice rock hard erections most likely the day you take it. Increase in cum/precum should take a few days
