Never noticed any feeling with precum myself so don't think you're missing out. It just sort of happens.
I produce a ton of precum nearly to the point of soaking lol. Is not always the most pleasant thing. Personally I dont really feel anything up untill the point when its actually coming out. I dont think your missing out on much.
It's slightly sticky and very slippery as its main (and only?) purpose is lubrication during intercourse.

I do feel it, not as it's leaking, but just as it first starts to ooze out, right at the tip. I just know that it is there. Interesting question...now that i think about it, yes theres definetly a feeling associated with producing pre. I know when its happening but hasnt even leaked yet. Little cough or push...and theres a slight sense of it releasing. Then theres a wet cold spot to manage.
