It depends on what was happening before the piss... He may have been thinking about sex or other things that turned him on while driving and that would turn a precum faucet on... This isn't uncommon for me and sometimes I will squeeze out a big drop of precum before I start pissing if I've been horny since I know it will be locked and loaded. I once had this happen at a busy truck stop and it caught me off guard.
