im scared that i might be a premature ejaculator. when i jack off, i come within five minutes. how bad is this? im scared im going to jeopardize my sex life. help me please.

you can teach yourself to last longer, but it takes discipline...
when you jack & you feel yourself getting to the point where you're about to come, stop & squeeze your PC muscles (doing kegels will help strengthen them) until the feeling subsides...

then continue jackin until you get close to the edge again and then stop & squeeze...

the hardest part of this process is resisting the urge to come....

eventually your body will learn to tolerate more stimulation and you will be able to last longer...

wow. yeah. you've got a great point there. i guess i do come earlier when i watch porn or think about sex too much. i guess i'm just scared about being wildly inconsistent. i come anywhere from two minutes to twenty and i don't know what to do.

I am similar to above advice. I can j/o within 2 minutes when necessary but I also go 5 days without blowing a load, even if I have fucked three guys (and made them blow) in that time. It's all about mind power and making yourself stay the distance in my situation. But, with everything sexually, it's different for every guy. I have had a guy that blew after 2 minutes with me, who managed to last 20 minutes 4 days later.

I don't have an answer, just don't go shittin' yourself!
