anyone know what the uptake has been like for the prep trial on the nhs, believe its a fair way in now

will ask about it next time i get tested but wondering if anyone maybe works in sexual health in the uk and would know if they have been oversubscribed and what are the criteria i would have to meet to be prescribed it

i've had a lot of unprotected oral sex recently with several different men, i always swallow

You're quite safe swallowing sperm. Theoretical risk with mouth sores but that's about it. Keep that semen flowing x

Not to be rude or anything but I think you need to do some self educating on oral sex and the risks associated with it.

Using PrEP because you enjoy giving oral and swallowing is just a huge waste and unnecessary cost to the NHS as chances of getting HIV from oral are crazy low.

If you were having unprotected anal sex I’d understand.

Also, there are plenty of safe and recommended (by GUM clinics) online shops where you can buy PrEP for around £50 a month for a months worth of supplies.
