First please answer this: Why on earth would anyone rub that on their junk?

First, Preparation H is sold in different varieties with different ingredients. For example, in Canada there is yeast in it but this is not allowed in the US.
The ingredients are intended to reduce blood flow into blood vessels. An erect penis already has reduced blood flow out of the penis. The gel may not have any noticeable effect on an already erect penis but, theoretically, it might make a flaccid penis less completely hard when erect. It could, similarly, possibly make a flaccid penis lesser in size as blood flow into the penis may be reduced.
I can't see it permanently decreasing penis size.
Why would anyone use it, a treatment for haemorrhoids (piles), for lubrication during masturbation?

the question I would ask--why would anyone want to make their penis smaller?
If extremely huge flaccid and always showing a bulge in a professional setting eve with compression shorts? I dunno just thinking up a reason.

(I cant imagine any man would voluntarily make there's smaller--except for some kind of psychological trauma . . .)I think the theory is some hopeful pseudoscience. Preparation H has some vasoconstrictive properties, but it is intended for application to rectal tissue, which is very different from penile skin. Rectal tissue absorbs fluids readily, so the vasoconstrictor can work on the blood vessel that is immediately under the tissue. For the intended effect on a penis, it would have to be absorbed by skin, which is far les absorbent, and then get past the tunica and into the blood vessels in the corpus cavernous.
