I Live in Mexico, Not exactly in Tijuana BC but in another state and yes you can buy cialis, viagra (patent brands) OR generics without a prescription, they are not actually over the counter, but you ask for them and they sell you no question asked.

Is Cialis the same formula as Viagra? I tried Viagra but it gave me heart palpitations. Someone explained to me the Viagra was developed as a blood pressure medication. So what was happening to me the medication was lowering my blood pressure too much. My heart was working harder to keep my blood pressure where it needs to be. I am on blood pressure medication too.
Does Cialis work the same as Viagra works? Or does it work differently as Viagra and would not cause a lowering of my blood pressure? Any doctors onboard?

I dont remember the dosage of Viagra that i was taking, it was such a long time ago. They were free samples the doctor gave me. I haven't used anything else since.

when i started using viagra after i was on the HBP medication, the day i took viagra i skiped the hbp medication, checked my blood pressure all normal, then i decided to have both together, no problems. i do work out regularly and that helps your heart keep up

I’m taking cialis (tadalafil) 10mg and it can work for up to 36 hours rather than the daily tablet. You take it and it can work in 30 minutes. I have erectile dysfunction but I can get a great erection when I have taken cialis. I can still get an erection afterwards. It is less restrictive than viagra so you don’t have to worry about it not working after a few hours from taking it.

You can go to about any doctor and get a prescription saying you have ED. Recently, I found that generic Cialis can be purchased quite cheaply these days. Although the drugs are different they both can lower your blood pressure since they relax the blood vessels which is needed to get an erection that is why it is so important that if you have an emergency the doc knows you took it.
