I've decided to go for pentoxifylline. It is used for treating peyronies. It prevents deposition of type I collagen. It is also a none specific PDE inhibitor. Viagra is a PDE 5 inhibitor. It can be applied topically or taken orally. I am going to buy 6 months worth along with 6 months worth of viagra to be taken daily at a dosage of 25mg before PE.

I'm going to start a log on it once I get my meds.
