Maybe he is more worried about getting to a locker room then its time to shuck the shorts. I have this issue when I swim, heart pumping hard plus cold water do not a decent sized look dick make. If this is the reason, then I say just get over it man. No one cares how big your dick looks after a run/swim/workout.

well maybe you guys don't have the problem as bad as I do, because mine gets really small. but unfortunately none of those responses helped, so i'm guessing no one has found a solution. i hate being a grower...

I have actually been teased by other guys because my penis looks so small in gym shorts after working out. i know it's immature on their part but it's part of being young I guess. But the thing that frustrates me is i'm not small when erect: 7 inches(not really that big but still not small), and I'm sure i'm bigger than some of the guys making fun of me. I just don't really understand how i can be such a severe grower, and how my penis gets especially small when exercising, but I don't have ED or anything and get really good boners.

Someone whose penis doesn't shrink is probably not exercising as much as you are.

One advanatge of shrinkage during exercise is that your dick doesn't get in the way, doesn't flop around as much and head doesn't rub against underwear/speedo as much.

I run a lot, 30-40 miles per week. I wear spandex shorts under my running shorts, keeps everything nice and close to my body and nice and warm. Except on ridiculously cold days everything stays the same for the most part, sometimes hangs lower because it gets warm in there.
