Check to see if your bathtub water outlet is threaded so you can screw on a hand held shower hose.

I've had my PA for 23 years now - was pierced at 10ga and immediately stretched to 8ga. I wear a circular barbell or a curved one. I'm at 2ga which is fine for my cock size and enjoy the weight and swing when I walk. As said before, take you time in sizing up and enjoy.
