I would love to have one but I’m not ready yet.
Go for it man! It's way less painful than one would think. I have stretched ears, a septum piercing and a PA. The PA has been the least painful of all to get done and heal. Definitely worth it.

Had a member ask privately for more detail on my experience so I thought I'd share. Have XXXX'd out some names as I'm not sure commercial recommendations are allowed. Send a private message if you want those details.

Hi, I just always thought they were hot and always wanted one. As you get older you are less worried about other's perceptions! It is a permanent body mod so give it the same thought you would when considering a tattoo.

I got it done in XXXX. The place was called XXXX but the name has changed. All very professional, everything was properly sterilised etc. Yes it hurts like hell but only for a second. It is a guy punching a hole in your dick after all.

I did bleed a lot which I should stress is unusual, especially on the day but for a week or so after. I didn't want the piercing too close to the tip as I think that looks silly. He went as far down the shaft as he considered wise but probably still nicked the corpus inside the penis which led to the bleeding. I take responsibility for that as it was at my insistence. I'd recommend getting some pads to wear inside your pants for a while just in case.

Afterwards it's fucking great. The weight of it, the constant presence of it inside your urethra, is very stimulating. These feelings fade slowly as you get used to it but in the first few months it's always there.

Most reactions are positive/curious, maybe 1 in 10 find it a turn-off or ask me to take it out. Most guys say something like "I can't wait to feel that inside me"

Normally the first ring you get will be a 10g, as the piercing will be corrresponindgly small. I went for an 8g to begin with. The fistula stretched pretty quickly and in a few months I upsized to a 6g without any trouble. At 4g now and very happy with it. May upsize to a 2g but we'll see. For jewellery, most retail places are stupidly expensive, choice is minimal and supply is erratic. I recommend mail order. I use XXXX in XXXX.

Hope all this helps
