Yeah I have been trying to cut back. LOL. Also swamped at work while at the same time trying to get all my vacation in. Thanks for the info. I scanned everything quickly but I'll go back and read some in more detail, especially yours. I was just appalled that people said it doesn't exist so I had to chime in. Plus these people who say if you're in prison you deserve to be raped as part of your punishment -- WTF. This isn't some third world country or the old Soviet Union. Plus what about the guys doing the raping?? Why should they have that pleasure in prison if they are supposed to be getting punished. People never think of the other side of the equation, they only see what's in front of them and what their hot buttons are. End of rant. (Good hearing from you again.)

fear of retaliation and further abuse from the perpetrator and other inmates, guards and prison officials deliberately turning a blind eye, .

They stop you snitching by threatening to kill you "KOS". Guards turn a blind eye, if you can't finght back you have to accept being fucked.
