Private Messages on LPSG

Am I the only person who sends out Private Messages on LPSG only to have them go unread? I've sent out about 20 over the past year and all are sitting unopened. I've always responded immediately to a private email if someone bothers to send me one.

My guess would be that you're marking them with a read receipt, however the recipient is opting out.

I've sent out a few with no response. Most folks reply. I've probably forgotten to reply to a few here and there. Such is the nature of the interweb.

i usually always respond. unless they are just rediculous. but then ill respond later politely saying no. usually if im asked to meet a guy or something

I think I was getting confused. I guess there is no way to tell if your email was received and read on LPSG unless you click on the send receipt if read box. On LPSG the Blue Letter Logo box does not show open if someone has opened it up like you find on some other websites or in emails. Maybe people have been reading but not responding.

I respond as soon as im finished reading, or i read the PM and then respond at the first chance i get.

I've received too many to count and I've answered nearly every single one. There have been a couple asking me to cam that I didn't think really were looking for a response but those are the only ones to go unanswered.

Are we talking PM's or emails? I think I am pretty good at responding to PM's, but my emails have been going to my porn account where I have 61,000 unread emails (Seriously! LOL) so a couple days ago I changed it so my LPSG emails go to my main (G rated) mailbox where I will see them.

I try to respond to everyone who posts on my wall (leaves a Visitor Message) but some days/weeks I get so busy I don't get a chance to.

I am doing much better with Friend requests. I used to accept the request and then try to remember and go back and post a thank you Visitor Message. Now what I do when I get a Friend request is immediately click on the link to see their profile (not sure why, I have never turned down a friend request yet) and while I'm on their page I leave the thank you and compliment them on their pics if they have any, then use the back button to go back to the Friend request and click Accept. Voila! No more forgetting to say thanks for the friend add.

My apologies to anyone whose email, friend request, or visitor message did not receive the appropriate acknowledgment. I've made some changes (paragraphs 1 and 3 above) that will fix some of that.

I can't guess what other issues people have had, but some may have had the same issues I list above. I'm sure there are other reasons also and some of the previous posts had good ideas.

And I get so much PM's somedays, I just delete most of them right away. When you get nearly 30 PM's with the same single general lpsg-pick up line "ur hot wanna c my cam/pictures/penis" (did I miss it in the terms of use when I signed in or something? are we even allowed to say anything other in a PM?), it just gets dull.

I do respond to most personal and interestings PM's, but hardly ever anything remotely sexual! So please don't run off to PM with your dirt and nastyness, because

I get message and I try to reply to them but sometimes I am very busy and don't have a chance to reply to them. I always open and read them and try to get back to reply to them as quickly as possible. Sadly some do go unreplied to.
