I have a slightly over 8.5 inch dick measured correctly bonepressed on top (believe me or not). This guy looks at least an inch longer than me. Not even taking his height into consideration. From POV angles, he looks at least 9.5 to me. I keep seeing these comments that it's small guys who over-estimate, but I'm about what you guys are guessing and I just don't see it. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Maybe I don't see myself for what my dick really is. I've had this talk with my wife. I've asked her if it looks almost 9 inches to her, and she says it definitely does. But if you assume he is 5'4" the first approach (which actually used 21,5% instead of the average 23%) would come up with 9.1" (whereas we get a 9.6" for a 5'8" height but I doubt he is that tall after all). Then there is the 9.6" taken from the second approach when you use the 3.3 multiplicator and the average female hand size.
So all in all if you want me to give you numbers I'd say he is probably between 8.5" and 9.5". That is if my analysis isn't flawed in any way.

We have an unfair advantage to most of these guys as we have been with guys that range from 8 to possibly 9 of varying thickness, and know from experience the insignificant differences an inch truly makes in the real world vs the internet.

We've actually seen what happens when you place an 8"er on top of and 8.5" and vice versa and the difference is barely noticeable, if at all.

It's glaringly obvious that you are not speaking from personal experience.

Whereas, I am speaking from personal experience and I can tell you that you literally cannot tell the difference between penises that are only one inch or less in length difference when they are right next to each other. They look so close in size, it's just a "well this one/that one might be bigger" situation (especially since penises are rarely similar shapes, appearances, curvatures, etc.).
