Genes play a much larger role. Agree diet has a part to play but not so much. I'm from multicultural London, growing up with people from every corner of the world that was once a British colony and more. You can clearly see differences in body type between people who originate from different areas of the world.

As long as race and size hasn't been proved connected I will consider it a racist attitude. If I claimed whites were more intelligent than black I would rightfully be called a racist as well.
