Here's my problem. I can almost never cum from sex. Ive been in relationships with women off and on most of my life, and the last few years its been almost impossible for me to cum from sex, no matter with who, with or without a condom.

It almost always hurts the relationship because women are so dissappointed and insulted that I cant cum for/from them. But, the talented few can make me cum with HJ/BJ.

I have a couple theories on this:

1: I have serious PC muscles. I am dissappointed if I dont shoot my cum over two or three feet. 5-8 feet is average for me. No bullshit here. My theory is my PCs stop me from cumming because they are stronger than average. Does anyone else have this problem, that can HONESTLY shoot this far ON A REGULAR BASIS? I know, this is the internet, but Im hoping for a solution, so please, no exaggeration or BS.

2: I was in a long (over 4 year) relationship with a woman where the sex between us was sub-par. She had no tightness and no PCs, and would get incredibly wet. I didnt feel her much at all, and it made it tough for me to cum, and I just got used to not cumming. When we first started dating, i could cum from sex with her. I got used to jerking myself off when we were done. Did this wreck my psyche as sex goes?

3: I really dont want kids, and I dont think I ever will. Is this causing anxiety subconciously that stops me from cumming? Or are other guys a little scared of kids able to cum from sex easily?

4: I jerk off once a day or so, very seldom twice a day. If I know I will be getting lucky, or even think I might, I make sure not to JO at least two or three days beforehand, and it never helps. If I try and go longer than three days without, horniness consumes me and I need to cum. Its all I can think about. When I do jerk off, however, I tend to squeeze a little tighter than most pussies ever do. Am I desensatizing myself? How can I change that?

5: None of the women I have slept with in the last 5 years (15-20 or so) have been very tight. My first GF(of 1.5 yrs) was unbelievably tight, and I had to learn stamina with her. The next one had unreal PCs and could make me cum at a whim, but both of these women were over 5 years ago. Did my first experiences ruin me for normal women?

6: Im just a tough cummer, and theres not much I can do about it. A lot of women have trouble cumming from sex, maybe some guys are just built like that too? Should I just accept this as me, not apologise for it? What can I say to women who are dissappointed with my "performance"?

Im not on, nor do I take any drugs. Im in my mid twenties and in good shape.

I'm the same, had trouble cumming for the last 20 years. Sometimes only cumming from sex about 1 time in 10, rather more often with her hand or mine. I assume this is because I masturbate quite hard and fast and rather too often (at least once a day if i'm not in a relationship, even in my 40s).

Get a Fleshlight with the standard smooth insert and train yourself using that. See if that doesn't help.

The condition is called anorgasmia and there are a number of factors that can influence it. As you've not always had this issue it would seem to be largely psychological and likely for the exact reasons you've mentioned.

First thing to do is to get to a urologist to make sure all is good and to check for sensitivity. Then consider what you can do. You may want to see a therapist.
