When my partner and I were first getting to know each other, she (like many women) found it hard to fully orgasm through penetration alone. She said it had been that way with her other boyfriends too.

Because I don't like too many rapid-fire orgasms. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
Too much clitoral stimulation and it gets overly sensitive, too many orgasms and I get exhausted and lazy.
