Today i was seeing my doctor.
I'am nearly 50. I thought i was getting impotent. For a year or so i have only a morningwood 2 or 3 times a week.
I can only make love 1 time. And that max. 2 times a week.
I cann't get him hard more times. When masturbating after penetration i get sperm, but he is only 1/4 or 1/2 hard.

The doctor told me that getting older it is more work for the boddy to get the bloodperssure to the penis.
Also he told me that a cut penis looses his sensitive at the glance.

Me is told that an avarage penis is 5,5 till 6 hard. I'am between 7,5 and 8 and big arround.

So i concluded that men with an well endowned penis can be proud at it when they are young and the lady's are looking forward to see him in action, and getting older how bigger the bulge in throusers, yeans, speedo's and so on, they are a bid disabled.

I want to know if there are more men at my age with this bad problem.

I had difficulty with maintaining a decent erection when I was in my late 50s.

I finally gave up the smoking habit and now have a rewarding sex life with no erection problems.

I have never used any pills and do not plan on using them until I am much older and hopefully I will not need them then.

I wish you well.

Have you visited your Doctor?

55 and about a year ago daily morning wood changed to a few a week but I'm in treatment for Lyme Disease and everything changed. Libido diminished radically. See a good Urologist to eliminate your stress and concerns. There's always the little blue pill. I tried it once just to see how it felt and I thought my cock was going to explode and my heart jump out of my chest but I indeed had a rock solid hard-on.

Dear Friend,

The first thing you need is a brand new doctor who is competent in treating erectile dysfunction. Based on what you have relayed to the group, your MD is not competent in this field. The first thing is that he did not take your complaint seriously. From what you have stated he did nothing other than give excuses as to why you have the problem you do and he offered no help at trying to treat your complaint.

What you are experiencing is very typical and one of the reasons I am working with an MD to try and open a second chain of clinics and a teaching facility to help MD's worldwide.

Your MD should have run the following tests right off the bat.

Serum Testosterone level,
Free Floating Testosterone Level
Estrogen
Cholesterol
Triglicerides
Blood Sugar

If any of these are not where they should be erections suffer.

The two testosterone levels can be improved via either injections or transdermal creams, the Estrogen level can be dropped via an oral medication, the cholesterol can be treated first by diet and exercise and secondarily by medication and the same things that treat cholesterol will have a positive impact on triglicerides.

Both hypoglycemia and diabetes even in the earliest of stages will have a negative impact on erection frequency and quality.

The sooner you get this treated the sooner you prevent it advancing and becoming more difficult to treat. In the meanwhile the least the fellow could have done was to give you some samples of Viagra, Levitra and Cialis until he can treat the actual problem.

Get another MD because if you waste time with this fellow, treating your problem can become more difficult. You will need an MD who specializes in male reproductive issues.

I do not know where you are located, but, Boston Medical has 110 clinics Worldwide. This is the only condition that they treat and they are experts at treating the various stages of erectile dysfunction. Do not hesitate to get help quickly.

Fuzzyken obviously knows what he's talking about. The tests he described are exactly what my urologist had done for me in April. I was diagnosed with a slightly low T level and put on Testosterone gel. Not really ED, just not as good as I would have liked. Also now sleeping better and just a feeling of well-being that has been gone for te past few years. I'm 51.
