Progress so Far

    Alright, I'm officially 1 month into my PE regimen and here's how I'm doing so far:

    Before:
    FL: 3.75"
    FG: 4.50"
    EL: 6.00"
    EG: 5.50"

    Current:
    FL: 4.25"
    FG: 4.75"
    EL: 6.25"
    EG: 5.75"

    Thoughts, questions, or comments?

    Congrats, man. This is very inspiring for me. I never could get serious about a routine, but now that I hear results follow even so shortly after a month, I think I'll be able to motivate myself enough this time. A quarter of an inch in a month is very impressive, IMO. Can I ask what exactly your routine is?

    Hey 5Eight, thanks for the congrats! I'm pretty happy with it and sure didn't expect to see results like this as soon as I have. Of course you've got to remember that, just like with bodybuilding, everyone's penis is going to react differently to PE. As for my routine, I pretty much just followed the beginner's routine, but with a bit more intensity and volume. Not a lot, mind you, but a bit. Mostly I do PE when I can, but the general pattern is 2 days on, 1 day off, with the occasional 3 day break. Hope this helps! Any more questions, feel free to ask!

    Can you copy and paste it to WORD or Notepad?Have you improved in stamina, hardness, control, and vascularity?

    Like I told 5Eight, I pretty much just followed the beginner's routine, but with a bit more intensity and volume. Not a lot, mind you, but a bit. Mostly I do PE when I can, but the general pattern is 2 days on, 1 day off, with the occasional 3 day break. My hardness and vascularity have definitely increased. My stamina seems to have increased at least a little (I'm doing kegels in conjunction with my routine). It's not noted on my journal, but every time I do my routine, I do the Oriental massage and other stretches. I couldn't get it to attach in Word, it's kinda ticking me off, lol!

    Hi Good job, I just started with Big Al and have had great results so far. Was 5.7 x 4.5 now 6.3 x 4.8 so lovin it...........gonna keep going till I get where I want to be

    Very progressive- that's the way to do it :)

    You might try experimenting with only doing one particular girth movement but really focusing on it- you'll likely see faster gains.

    One more question here Big Al. I'm starting to have a bit of a bat-shape to my penis when I'm jelqing. The reverse jelqs don't seem to do anything for me in that regard. Anything else I should do to help? Or would the squeezes take care of that?
