i always have problems putting a condom on, even if my girth is only a bit above average with 6", the rubber gets stuck right after the glans for the first time, and once i get by this "obstackle" it gets stuck again 2/3 along the way as my dick gets thicker towards the base...
we don't get magnums here, so i use other XL condoms, byt they are usually longer (which i don't need) but not wider (maybe by 2mm...)
by the way i wonder how can you put a condom on a 7" girth dick even if you use a magnum xl
