Proper PE Cool Down

    I've recently been thinking about starting to do some jelqing and I was wondering what some of the recommended cool downs are. I've been seeing quite a few different ones but I'm stil confused on which one works best. If someone could give me some clarity on this I'd appreciate it greatly.

    Dip your tool in a cold icy cup of water..Ive read a few guys at Pegym doing this.

    Is it 5 minutes like the towel/rice sock to begin with or a different length of time?

    Around 5-10 minutes, micro the rice sock and warm up..do your routine..then cool down, with ice pack ( shirt over it or something to not get burns) or iced cup O' water..

    What's the reason behind doing cold water/wrap after jelqing? To constrict the blod vessels and pump all that accumulated blood back out?

    yeah, I don't know about the cold stuff either, I just soak a towel in hot water and wrap it around.

    I don't see why this is necessary inless you injure your penis. If there is no broken bloodvessels and overstretched tissue, then icing the rod wont be vital or even reasonable. And if there is, then you are doing something wrong and would be stupid for continuing IMO.

    The theory I have heard on this is that you warm the penis to make it more flexible and stretchable, and warmth helps the proteins involved in this process. Cooling the penis after your exercises helps the proteins 'set' in the larger/stretched configuration, or so the theory goes.

    However, I don't know that I necessarily subscribe to this theory, myself. I don't know if it helps or not.

    Yeah, thats what I'm wondering. I have yet to do jelqing just because I want to know the proper warm/cool down just so that I make sure nothing goes wrong or gets hurt.

    I dont do cool down, Why and u did all that hard work to get the blood in the penis so why make your dick, Get lil by putting something cold on it. Just no your limit then u want need nothing cold to put on it.
