Hey guys. Looking for some info from any of you who have had to have a prostate biopsy. My GP thought he felt a nodule on my prostate and recommended a visit to a urologist. PSA not bad at 2.71, seems ok for my age. Met up with this terrific, young urologist. Did a digital exam. He did not really feel a nodule but some firmness on one end of the gland. So on 2/19, I go for the biopsy. He also started me on Flomax as I had about 75 ml. of urine left in my bladder after I voided before the exam. Warned me that Flomax can cause retrograde ejaculation, where you don’t shoot cum outside your body, but it goes back into the bladder and then you piss it out. Haven’t experienced that after a few jo sessions this week. My dad’s cancer journey started in his prostate and sadly spread to many areas until then to his demise. I’m mid 60’s, in generally good health, physically. emotionally..... and sexually. Get a decent hard on, big lowhangers that always feel good and seem to work well and I still blow a decent load of cum, although it doesn’t shoot with same force as at an earlier age. So, my LPSG buddies, I’m kinda feeling a bit down. I feel like I’m friends with so many of you, by reading your great posts and especially being appreciative with so many likes you’ve given me. Thanks, guys....you’re the best. I was an only child. Great when you’re young, but later on, it sucks. You guys feel like brothers I’ve never had. If any of you have had a biopsy of the prostate, please be in touch. Would love to hear from you about what to expect. I guess it will happen and then I’ll find out the results. But buddies, I’m scared. Really scared. Any help from you would be so appreciated. I love you all and I’ll be in touch....❤️

No need to be scared. I've had it done twice.

Hey Beardon, I'm with Bernd above...how are things today? I know how you feel...my dad died of prostate cancer and any time I have any male issues it freaks me out. I took testosterone shots for several years and they really helped me sexually and with energy, but when my dad's cancer returned 10 years out I stopped taking them due to the increased risk issues. I would love to start back on them but it genuinely frightens me.

I really hope that you're doing OK after the biopsy and that things will be good for you. I'd love to hear how you're doing if you get a chance to reply! AL
