MOK. To answer your question: I own three Aneros models and love them. Achieving a Super O takes more work than just sticking something in your rectum. It's really a journey of discovery (not to sound too zen) and you must be in the right state of mind and body. Some guys have been "riding" (a term Aneros users use to describe using an Aneros) for years and haven't had a Super O. What's important is good breathing, relaxing, and allowing your body to go where it will. Manage expectations and don't "try" too hard. Learning how to strengthen your PC muscle through Kegels is key, too, as that is the muscle used to move the device while it is in to stroke your prostate.
I can honestly say that I don't believe I've ever had a Super, but have had many multiple anal orgasms, which I love. After a few I feel more sexually satisfied than some of the best ejaculations I've had.
The goal of using an Aneros, or other prostate stimulator, is not ejaculation (you are actually encouraged NOT to touch your penis wile you are riding). One last point: do NOT believe the videos that are out there of guys flopping around on the bed. While leg tremors usually happen, full body seizures are not regular. Hit be back if you have more questions.

My experience with Aneros is much the same as yours. If I am not relaxed and have a couple of hours free, it just won't happen. My favorite part has been that the more my PC muscle strengthens I can actually have anal orgasms without the aneros in me. Amazing sensation.
So many men are missing out.
