I'm a nutrition student and I want to know how many individuals keep track of their protein intake and see how that number correlates to their weight and activity level. If you don't know how to or are not comfortable answering one of the questions your input would still be appreciated!

I keep track of the grams of protein I ate as well as the grams of fat. I've lived on a keto diet for serval years. My energy levels run high, but always have. My Weight dropped significantly after I started the keto diet. After about a year how was 80 lb lighter. This was due not only to the diet but also to my activity level. Now with the quarantine I have added a few pounds back on, and I do have surgery on knee coming up next month. That has reduce my activity level while the quarantine has limited my gym time and has not helped controlling my endless hunger four cheese. I added intermittent fasting to my diet last week and it seems to be taking off the eight pounds I had gained.

Do you know how many grams you take in daily on average?

Well, I I aways make sure I ready the nutrition facts on the back of everything that I eat. I tend to try to eat as much protein as I can which usually averages between 45 and 75 grams of protein per day/every other day. I don't know how it correlates with my weight, but I know I burn fat very easily so It's important for me to consume a lot of protein especially give I'm very active. It also helps keep my goals on, lol.

stopping all the processed sugar I don't feel tired after getting up.. headache are not as common anymore I had two but were mild.
also you can really taste the sweetness of fruit the sensitivity has changed compared to a week ago i think my protein-intake has been flat if it's too high you will just gain it as fat..

Over the last 30 days I averaged 72.5 GM's per day, that was apox 35% of my calories for the day, the rest was fats at about 60 to 65%. I keep carbs below 20 gms a day

Because of my workout schedule, having a physical job, being 200lbs with fairly low body fat, and having a blast furnace metabolism, I keep my protein intake at a minimum of 200 grams a day. I've gone as high as 300.
If my intake starts getting low, I'll feel a little lethargic/malaise.
Protein comes from many sources.... Milk, eggs, beef, chicken, fish, shakes.

I’m female, 5’9”, 200 pounds, muscular. Pre-COVID l worked a very physical job as a photographer that averaged a couple very long shooting days per week (14-18 hour shifts) and I work out 3-5x a week (intense). I keep my protein around 200g per day. Some days I fall a little short but never below 150... and that’s grams of complete protein.

It varies a lot, between 30 to 150g. Most days, about 70-100 g.

My weight doesn't vary much. Say, 2 pounds up, or down. I control it closely and when it's up by those 2 pounds, alarms sound and I get it back down ASAP. Lately, it's a bit lower than usual, because I'm eating a lot of fat and very little carbs. I also exercise almost on a daily basis.
