I have been working out harder in the last year or so, and most likely have not been getting enough protien, either through whey shakes or meals. I know the obvious is to eat / drink more protien, but during sex lately, have had less cum. Could this be a sign I am not getting enough protiens? or am I imagining it.
I'm no expert on this but I wouldn't imagine so as the amount of seminal fluid wouldn't be affected by diet although it might be affected by dehydration.
