Pubic Fat

    Right now I'm pretty heavy, I've allowed myself to get to about 235 at 6'1. I can't be like this for my line of work so I decided to do the Atkins diet, which I've already done once before and lost about 50 pounds in 4 months or so. Anywho, the visible part of my dick is about 6" without pressing anything in. I realize everyone has some pubic fat to a degree but I don't think as much as overweight people. Would reducing my weight to a normal BMI shed this fat and reveal more dick? When pressing all the way in its about 6.75", I was hoping/figuring severe weight loss would bring some of that out. My goal weight is somewhere between 180-190.

    if you need help loosing more weight, i recogmend exercise. running and swimming are really good ways to loose A LOT of weight! it doesnt matter how fast you start or continue going, just as long as you continue to increase the amount you do each week. do as much as you can take and then a little bit more. you should feel tired afterward...just tryin to help

    I run a lot, I'm actually in really good shape regardless of my weight. I think thats how I let it slip, exercise + very poor diet still results in weight gain.

    Yea, I've lost some weight too and that helped to reveal some more of my cock. It does help in that area. Also may help in how hung you are too only to a certain degree.

    I know what you mean. I need to start losing some weight as well. Just a question, would crunches help at all for this?

    I doubt it, it definitely won't hurt to do but weight loss and losing the fat is what needs to be done. When you do workouts like that it builds more muscle, which in turn does burn calories and helps you to lose weight. But realistically unless you're very dedicated and work out your whole body a lot I don't think that'll be enough on its own. There are other factors, like what kind of shape are you in now? I know that wouldn't work for my situation, maybe you don't have as much to lose as I do.

    I am 6'2", and I was 220 lbs, now I'm 180, and just from that an inch of my penis was exposed from under the fat.

    That inspired me to PE lol. I didn't realize how much bigger one inch is when all that fat is gone. I built fat weird too. Most of my weight was on my stomach, which was normal, but a lot of if built on my pubic region, and face for some reason.

    Well this is good inspiration to lose the weight, I've always been bored at 6", so plain and average. :tongue:

    Thanks for this post. This (weight gain) is starting to be an issue for me. I've been cutting back on the brewskis and have lost about 5 lbs in two weeks just by doing that.

    Crunches won't help at all, except in strengthening your core if done properly (although I can think of many more effective and fun ways to build your abdominal muscles).

    We simply cannot isolate fat loss. As we burn more than we take in, fat will go away but wherever it sees fit. We don't get to decide. :rolleyes:

    To the OP: you look quite OK in your pictures. Aren't you a bit exaggerating?

    Have you tried to eat more often and less?

    The pictures are a little dated, I think I weighed about 210/215 in them...still overweight but better than where I'm at now. Thanks for all the replies.

    The only way to get rid of the fat pad (as they call it) is to do some serious fucking. Losing weight is a good thing and it will help but fucking will help get rid of it more.

    Pubic fat is what is called, "privileged fat," meaning the body will draw fat from the area at a disparate rate than other areas. It takes a lot of work to reduce the fat pad and it may never be as small as it was before even if the rest of your body has a healthy proportion of fat. Take heart though, there's always lipo.

    I have had struggle with my weight since 8 so I know quite a bit about these issues... since I lost substantial weight and loosing fat at that spot makes it even more worth the effort... your bulge gets more noticeable (because there is a smaller frame around it haha) and your dick just looks bigger...

    Exercise helps but I have to agree that fucking is good for weight loss!

    From my experience, pubic fat starts to disapear towards the end of a diet. Once the belly has mostly gone, then pubic fat starts to go.

    If you are circumcised, you will notice your skin will appear tighter when soft and will feel tigher when hard, and yes, your penis will appear to be a bit longer. (although the actual erectile tissue doesn't change, the appearance changes due to the skin on belly being further back from head.

    The only sure fire way to shed weight quickly is, sorry to say it but it is true, cut back on your calorie intake severely and extremely max up your physical exercise to burn what you eat as well as the fat you already have stored on your body.

    With me, the main problem areas are under my chin and stomach and so I am learning to get the notion that if I am ever gonna get in the shape I want to be then I am gonna have to really slog it out because I have not the best of metabolisms and so I have to work harder for that six pack and bubble butt than say, someone on Mens Health cover who most likely has a more naturally fast metabolism.

    Calorie-restricted diets only work if you are over-eating in the first place. Reducing your caloric intake below it's natural level cannot be sustained and will result in yo-yo dieting.

    I'm doing Atkins for the second time in my life, I started on 08/01 and have lost 5 pounds so far. The first time I did it I was about 265 pounds and dropped to 210 in 4 months or so. It works wonders and is actually healthy for your cholesterol and blood pressure.

    AH. I personally go on a high protein and low carb deal, with soups as my mail filler meals and have nuts or sultanas as snacks in between. The hardest thing for me to keep giving up though is Coke, specifically Vanilla Coke. I keep wanting to drink gallons of the stuff like I do Guinness LOL
