Saw today in a shop a dude sporting a nice bulge
He was probably 22/23 years old dark tan skin (perhaps middle eastern decent he looked) slightly taller than me say at 6ft2 and he had a really noticeable bulge.
It was low but it really stuck out frontwards from that low position.
Cant say i have ever seen such a bulge in the way it looked.
Was very impressive and i kept pretending to just walk around and look at random items on the selves just to take a few discrete looks at his bulge. Hahaha i couldn't help my self

If its who I'm thinking about, i'm pretty sure I read that he was horrified to learn that his VPL had become "a thing" so he may have taken steps to be less noticeable through his clothes. But now I'm not sure I'm not mixing him up with the actor who starred in a movie about having a big cock.
