It was a promotion by Euroset, which at one time was Russia's largest mobile phone store chain, in 2003. It was a challenge in Moscow in which customers could strip naked to receive a free phone. This explains the yellow Euroset plastic bag, the mobile phone paraphernalia under the clear dance floor, and the naked customer receiving his phone.
