Puffy Penis?

Every once in awhile I see a pic in the gallery of a penis that looks puffy or swollen - what makes that happen?
Is it a special technique or a medicine/supplement o que?

I have quite the swollen looking gallery... girth is much easier to achieve through vacuum pumping than length. It is like bodybuilding for your penis.

Absolutely not... it takes a couple of hours to get that fat, but I pump with low pressure and usually work and pump at the same time (I work at home). I used to have self esteem issue about the thickness of my penis... I didn't just accept it, I fought it and love to pump!
