I don't find it irritating but I do think its hilarious. I vaguely remember my oldest brother wearing his jeans low in the late fifties. I just hope these guys take lots of pictures to remind them how ridiculous they looked.

I was at a stop light one day and as the light turned green the "brother" slowly meandering across the street with his pants down past his ass AND HOLDING THEM UP WITH ONE HAND had to pick up the pace. He tripped over his pants and fell flat on his face. That was hilarious!! I just thought, you dumb mutha fucker. But I'm sure that didn't convince him that he needed to pull them up.

If we could get our young women to avoid dating these idiots unless they pull up their pants, this letting epidemic of ours would go away in a weeks time. One month TOPS!

It's my personal opinion that anyone who wore clothes or had a hair-do in the 1970s or 1980s has no right to complain about other people's fashion sense ever.

Erratic, your right. I grimace when I think of some of the clothes I wore. But I have no regrets. I thought I looked pretty hot just like the low rider guys do now. I'm sure we all had bad fashion periods in our life.

Not a fan of 70s or 80s fashion but there are differences:

  • You can't trip over a hairdo, unless you're Marge Simpson.
  • A hairdo in poor taste isn't unhygienic like exposed, soiled underwear rubbing against public surfaces.

I just reckon they look like they've crapped in their nappies.
I walk behind them wiggling my nose like Samantha in the hope I'll suddenly drop their pants and leave them stumbling........if ever there was a fashion conspiracy then this is it ...wear your pants really low thereby exposing the label of your trendy jocks....as if it matters what label they are for God's sake, derrr, just dum, hobbled and so-o-o manipulated.
the best though, are so low you can see daylight between their thighs.

Not at all!. I enjoy seeing waistbands above the pants (boxers or briefs ? ) but that's the extent. :biggrin1:

I was at the mall a few weeks ago and saw a college age guy with pants down very low. From the front you could see a vpl with his boxer briefs. I didn't complain at all

You got that right! My dad would never let us walk out the house without our shirt tucked in, wearing a belt and socks. That's exactly what's missing here!

My dad was the same. And to this day I still refuse to wear a shirt without tucking it in, or a belt. Heck, most of the time I even tuck in sweaters, on the rare occasion I wear one.

Fashion changes, and the young always enjoy pissing off their parents (and people like their parents). But what's funny about this fashion trend is that the joke's completely on the kids. To go from dumb to dumber may be standard in fads, but this one is mechanically absurd. Defying parents in one thing. Defying gravity is another.
