I am circumsized but several of my friends are not and they all make sure to keep their penises as clean as possible. I remember one time I was showering with one of my friends and he was cleaning it very thouroughly, soap and lots of scrubbing, it was quite interesting. in the past he had slight infections because he didn't clean it properly and so it caused him some pain, his girlfriend also didn't approve of the smell. but he learned his lesson and now it looks quite good....

If a guy doesn't clean down there everytime they shower or bath, cut or uncut, they want to get a grip of themselves imo.

well, I always clean it, every time I shower I clean my penis thouroughly because it's simple hygiene and I don't want it to get infected.

Lazy white boys. What? Can't take a bath every day?

well, some of us euromongrels can't afford huge water heating bills - I usually shower every other day, and I've still never had any problems with hygiene.

well i was assuming the "issue" concerned smegma, rather than ordinary sweat (which obviously affects everyone regardless of whether they're circumcized or not).

I'm circumcised and never had "smigma" or "smegma" or whatever the heck its called, in my life.
I probably would'nt know ( or want to know) what it looked like if I saw it.

I always figured that the presence of smegma was apart of the whole moistness thing that is always present with uncut guys.

Unless there's precum involved, cut guys are usaully dry.

well, duh. since smegma can only form on an intact penis you'll obviously never get it if you're cut.

not as such ... I think the "moist" thing just refers to the fact that the presence of the glans membrane and foreskin prevent the skin from drying out and becoming uncomfortable. it's not actually "moist" or damp to the touch, or at least no more so than the outer foreskin (obviously depends on the moisture/humidity of your surroundings).

The ones I've seen are damp to the touch .......and somewhat moist......

Funny!

I was responding to this.....if I read it the wrong way, or took it the wrong way, no biggie.......

Ultimately, circumcision's like douching: At first it sounds hygienic, but then there's more problems if you do it than if you don't. (Any woman who's ever had a yeast infection knows what I'm talking about.

I was talking to my friend and he told me he keeps his foreskin retreacted almost all the time. I tried doing it and my head is way to senstive, kept bothering me the sensation of it rubbing against my boxers or legs. Anyways wanted to know if and one here keeps there foreskin retreacted and if they did if they had the same problem
The hypersensitivity of the glans eventually decreases if you keep it exposed.
