Pump and an extender

I'm new and have a question. Has anyone tried using a pump and once incereased in length and girth, put on an extender to keep the length? If so, how long and will it work?

for me pumping doesn't change the length at all. Only girth about 0.75 inches. To keep that -> cockring

i achieved 1.5 inches in girth but that took a long time. 3.5 hours in that session and of course much time before
