Hi guys!!!
First of all you’re all just awesome! Such a great community;)

I’m 29, and basically new in PE, always was interested but never actually took it to the next step.
Now I decided to buy the hydromax7 pump, and I would be so happy to hear what is your recommended routine for beginners like me - how many times a week?
how long each series? Do you use also manual methods like jelling etc and when?

Thank you very much! every comment would be helpful cause I’m so confused from all this information.

the box advises no more than 15 min sessions, and starting with twice a week, bumping that to 3 a week after the first month, and carrying on for a total time used of 3 months or more.

that should be fine in all honesty.

I am a fellow pumped. I bought the Hydromax 9 about a year and a half ago and have used it somewhat sparingly (about two 40 min sessions a week, divided into three turns inside the pump per session.) I am definitely bigger after pumping and have seen some permanent gains (mostly in girth).
I think that if I used it more regularly I would have even better gains, but just haven’t.
Magnificent10’s gains are really outstanding and he is huge! Good luck to you in your efforts!!
