I am in the sport quite a bit and I really haven’t seen many … I feel many are not brave enough to attempt it for the stage for fear of being disqualified or called out …. Which is silly since women can have giant breast and suit barely covers nipples…. Will always be a double standard

I have seen men humiliated before going on stage if the expediter feels they are inappropriate ( seen it done to women as well) so it is typically subjective … most guys that are well endowed typically wear black to conceal it or will use suit glue to make sure nothing pops out . Also many will get a suit that’s custom fit to help drawn attention away

The sport has changed a lot … it’s very political and about the money.. most times I have heard them basically say they are not dick dance up there and have even heard them threatening to DQ them

One reasons I will not compete any more.
