It's hard to differ sometimes if pumped or injected or siliconed. But I do know a lot of heavy pumpers with huge bulges myself. And they just pump. So I am convinced that incredibly huge bulges can be created (ok, there is also some help like the right ball- and cockrings plus the material of the underwear plus the right angle for the pictures but that is ok). So enjoy the huge bulges which are possible:
