hi guys I am new to pumping I have done three sessions. Just want your guys experiences with pumping as I am not seeing massive gains in length quite a bit in girth. I terms of timeframe when can I expect to see my dick start showing signs of length gain?

Time man, look at your pumping like you are going to the gym. You won't see any permanent gains in your biceps if you only worked them out, for the first time ever, just three times.

An important question first:
What size cylinder do you have? Is it narrow enough so that your cock touches the inner walls?
If so, then you will be able to pack that tube with your cock so that you are touching it all around inside the cylinder, at which point you will then be working mainly on length. However, that will take some time!

When you pump, the pressure is pulling your cock out and away from your body. This is stretching everything, every part of your penis and especially the roots and attachments to your body. Before you pump, try this. Find some flaccid stretching exercises and stretch your flaccid penis for a few minutes prior to pumping. That could help get more length gains started sooner than later. Also, get something hot (a hot wet rag, or a rice sock or some kind of heat pad thing) and as you stretch your cock, push the heat against the spot where your cock meets your body. For instance, if you are stretching and pulling your cock to the left, push the heat against the right side of the base of your penis. I find that when I do this I get really nice, relaxed-feeling stretches; like the stretch works better and everything feels looser. Just some random tips, hope these help!

Hi I have tried the 5 mins at high pressure then release for 5 then back on for 5 for 15 mins. When I say high pressure I mean the amount of pressure before the tube hurts my pelvis. I am not wide enough to pack the tube yet so. It sure how this process goes. If you can give me advice as to what to expect when pumping may help

i'd say use low to moderate pressure for periods of 20 minutes and then rest/massage for 5-10 minutes. don't get into high pressures until you've been pumping for a while.

1). The pressure required to lengthen is too high for the tissues of the penis.

2). We pack in terms of girth since the pressures required to widen and thicken are much less than required for lengthening.

3). The body doesn't really do "lengthening" very well since attachment points for various tissues limit amy sort of increases in length in any area of the body. Keratin tends to grow in terms of length since the attachment points of hair and nails are singular and the keratin can grow away from the attachment point... but the rest of the body tends to grow in thickness and girth. Out skin can stretch in any direction but it is limited by it's matrix and various attachment points just like any organ or tissue in the body.

4). The neural and circulatory structures of the penis are of fairly fixed lengths... you can't really stretch a blood vessel or a bundle of nerves... nerve bundles do NOT like to be stretched. Likewise the urinary tract is of a fixed length and cannot really be lengthened by vacuum pressure or traction for that matter.

So... the prognosis for length increases are poor. But that doesn't mean that there aren't means to lengthen our penises via vacuum pressure.

Vacuum pressure is like gravity in that you can use repetition to gain cumulative micro length gains in your tissue... those micro length gains can add up over time... the key is consistency and a LONG GAME.

Pumping also coaxes our "hidden" penis that is inside of our body to move towards the outside world... you can also use consistency and repetition to achieve cumulative results in this respect. This should not be underestimated since we have a significant amount of our penises inside of our bodies.

There are indeed ways to lengthen our penises through vacuum pumping. Sadly, the more dick we are born with, the easier it is to enlarge our penises... tiny guys have a hard road but can still make gains... they just have to pump smarter.

Repetition and consistency depends upon maintaining a healthy penis and NOT injuring through: bruising, petechia, blisters and skin damage. Sooooo much better to stop our sessions early and pump as frequently as possible
