Ok, I think the basis behind a vacuum pump is it swells the tissue and blood vessels making them bigger for a limited time and increases your size over all. So I was wondering if a person pumped and enlarged the penis, blood vessels, etc then took a Viagra or Cialis would the enlarged penis respond from the supplement and whatever causes the penis to become more erect, i.e. blood filled would the penis be significantly bigger as a result of pumping then Viagra?
