Most of the time I will do a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule, for 2 hours or more. The rest of those days are without pumping. There are times I will add an extra day if I have the time, then pump four days a week. I will drink lots of water for three to four hours before so I am very hydrated, that coupled with warm water and porn does the trick. I don't do multiple sessions a day, just don't seem to have the time. I hope this helps.

I pump daily and progress from a tube that is 2.75 inches wide to one that is 3.25. This takes maybe an hour or so. When my penis has expanded to fill the tube side to side (not end to tip) I stop. Depending on how long your pump session was AND the number of years you have been pumping, the time it takes for the penis to diminish in size and approach the unpumped state will vary, I suppose, since each guy is different.

I decided years ago that I needed to pump daily so as to never fully diminish the effects of the pumping. As a result, over the years, I have gained length and girth that is permanent. I hang soft about 6x6 now. Some guys don't get 6 inches around when hard and that is my circumference when soft-but as I say, every one is different.

If a guy begnis to pump and only does it when he is horny, the results will be disappointing. just like weight lifting, the muscles adapt over time and it is a slow process. However, even if a bodybuilder stops his regimen after 25 years, others can still see he has muscle and at one time was a bodybuilder.
