There are quite a few Pumping Muscle guys with YouTube channels, but I'm assuming they're not allowed to be shared since they're not about PM or adult content?

That is a good rule of thumb. If it's not using the name they used as a PM performer and they have not moved into full-on NFSW content creation, I'm erring on the side of they would prefer those dots not be connected. Bear in mind these vids were made ~10-15 years ago now. I'm guessing a lot of these guys ID as straight, likely have wives and kids. What they did for a few bucks as a young buck can be enjoyed without messing things up for them.

Thank you for explaining this interpretation more thoroughly. I was also confused about the rule. Just felt like we were getting penalized for connecting the dots.

I just watched this again (yeah, poor me ) and am not sure which cut you're talking about. Can you look at the related clip on here and tell me the time stamp you have in mind? I do see there are a few cuts but none of them look like he's summing.
