How much time do you sit with pumped dick during a session?
I’ve recently started pumping mine and I’m sitting more than 30 minutes with a pumped cock at relatively low pressure. Is this dangerous?

low presure and no pain or discomfort should be pretty safe. I've done over an hour several times in 15 min sesions with 5 mins in between with no issues as long as i did not get in a hurry and ramp up the vacuum too much

One hour with low pressure is fine. That what I like to do.
