I am cut, so no worries about skin being pulled up to the air outlet.
When I say suck I mean scrotum skin getting pulled up into the opening.
I don't use a silicone ring just the opening of the tube.
If I'm packing at 2" diameter and I don't want my dick to be thicker than 6.25" as a final thickness will having a 2.25" tube make me grow thicker than that.
Basically I don't want to break my wifes pussy.
She likes thickness but too much is too much.
What I am aiming for is 8.5"X 6,25"
Length gaining has been very hard for me.

"Basically I don't want to break my wifes pussy" Wow--you are a very considerate husband!
And--Yikes!--have you ever seen a broken pussy?! I have! And it's not pretty!!

Plus--we were in the bush and several days away from help. Patched it up with duck tape, butterfly bandages, super glue as good as we could. We stuffed either a banana or pair of socks into it first---trying to keep it from totally collapsing. And lots and lots of hydrogen peroxide---hot climate, flys were horrid!
The hair all fell off, it was pink , puffy, supparated with puss. But---finally got to civilization, got it on life support, heard later that it pulled thru and better than ever!! Stay bald, tho...

blood work done??

pelvic floor in balance??
Blood work to look at your hormone levels and pelvic floor balance has to do with either muscles in your pelvis being to tight or too loose that either don't allow blood to fill the penis or to be held in the penis once its hard.
The muscles that hold blood in the penis when its hard are actually relaxed instead of tight which is what most people assume.
If you go to PE gym forum there are whole threads dedicated to ED
