I have just started pumping.
the sleeve that fits over the penis before you pump, keeps splitting.
The pump I bought was the biggest I could find, it goes up to 11" and the
width is 3". The sleeve that fits over the cock only has a small hole in it
obviously to get the suction effect, that is what keeps splitting.
the first time they exchanged it but I don't want to take it back a second.
I think the base of my cock is to wide for it , especially when pumped.
Any one any suggestions on what to do or do you know what kind of stronger rubber cap I can replace it with and where from.

Just pump without the sleeve, make sure you've got a good seal by using a good lube ( I use a nice thick vitamin e cream from super drug)

I agree, loose the sleeve. I just use hand lotion as well.

I bought a really resistant silicone sleeve from Thickwall cylinders
Penis Enlargement Vacuum Cylinders by Thickwall Cylinders - Vacuum Pumps for cock and balls enlargement, rosebuds and nipples.
I use it on a 2.25" x 10" cylinder. Without it, my ball sack skin would be sucked into the tube which hurts!

My first pump did that to. I use to use bicycle inner tubes from the tires and make my own sleeves. Have to remember petroleum based products like vasoline don't like rubber. Any how my cocks big enough at my base now to go sleevless. Thank God!

When I first started pumping I used a pump that had sleeves and loved them, but I stopped using them because all sizes of sleeves broke. No sleeve please. Much better pump, and I feel as though I have more control without them.

I have to say "loose the sleeve" and work up the pressure till you pac the tube, then get another tube that's bigger
I am ready to start in a monstertube after I pac my custem tube that is over 4" across and 12" long
the only problems I have right now is hiding the monster at work and sticking it in someone cause of the size

what size bicycle inner tube you use?

I use a tube that is similar in size and at the base I use a juicy extra extra large penis sleeve made out of pliant silicone. This sleeve allows me to pump up to higher vacuum. Then I can do without the sleeve.
